01 — Acceptance

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing v3rsion.com or engaging V3RSION Inc. (“V3RSION,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of this website and do not engage our services.

These Terms apply to website visitors, prospective clients, and contracted clients alike. Additional terms specific to your engagement will be set out in a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement.

 

02 — Services

Services Described

V3RSION provides business transformation consulting through the V3 Engine methodology, integrating three disciplines into a single 90-day engagement:

  • Fire Intelligence — strategic clarity, competitive positioning, and purpose-driven direction
  • Edge Intelligence — AI-powered systems via Savra.ai, including custom agents, automated workflows, and real-time dashboards
  • Flow Intelligence — cultural adoption, team alignment, and transformation embedded into how the organization operates

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms of any specific engagement are defined in a written Statement of Work executed between V3RSION and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Statement of Work, the Statement of Work governs.

03 — Eligibility

Eligibility

V3RSION’s services are designed for businesses and business professionals. By engaging V3RSION, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the authority to bind your organization to contractual obligations
  • Your organization is a legally registered entity in good standing
  • You will use our services only for lawful business purposes

04 — Engagement & Payment

Engagement & Payment

All engagements are formalized through a signed Statement of Work and are subject to V3RSION’s standard payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment schedule — Fees are payable per the schedule defined in the Statement of Work. Invoices are due net-30 unless otherwise specified.
  • Late payment — Overdue invoices may be subject to interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
  • Cancellation — Cancellation and refund terms are defined in the Statement of Work. Discovery calls and initial consultations carry no financial obligation.
  • Currency — All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated in writing.

05 — Guarantee

The 3x ROI Guarantee

V3RSION's Financial Commitment

3x ROI

Measured at 9 months post-engagement. If we don’t deliver, we refund the difference.

V3RSION guarantees a 3x return on your investment, measured at 9 months following the conclusion of your 90-day engagement. This guarantee applies when the following conditions are met:

  • The client has implemented V3RSION's recommendations in good faith and in material compliance with the agreed engagement plan
  • ROI is measured using mutually agreed-upon metrics established at the start of the engagement
  • The client has provided accurate and complete organizational information throughout the engagement
  • No material adverse business events outside V3RSION's control (including force majeure, fundamental market disruption, or material changes to the client's business) have prevented implementation

If the 3x ROI is not achieved under these conditions, V3RSION will refund the difference between the ROI delivered and the 3x target. The calculation methodology and refund process are detailed in the client’s executed Statement of Work and at v3rsion.com/pricing/#guarantee.
